Matrices y Moldes JFM specializes in the construction of tools and cold stamping of metals. We work in a wide range of sectors: automotive, consumer electronics, construction, air conditioning, packaging, leather goods, naval and railway, among others.
We develop our products alongside our clients, which allows us to provide an excellent price-quality-service ratio, always striving to meet their needs. We operate internationally with up to 55% of our sales exported abroad.

Sustainability
We are deeply involved in environmental conservation and pollution reduction. We recycle 100% of our waste and from the beginning of 2023 part of our electricity comes from our solar panels.

Our story
1954
Our beginnings: Jesús Fernández establishes the company in a small 250 m2 workshop in the Sants district of Barcelona. There he manufactures molds and tools for different sectors, as well as tool-cutting parts.
1978
We grow: The workshop becomes too small, and we move to the Can Batlló industrial estate in Barcelona to a warehouse with a surface area of 1,400 m2.
1982
Acknowledgement: We become members of ASCAMM (Catalan Association of Mould and Tool makers) and serve on the executive committee.
1997
We grow: After defining an entry strategy for new markets, we expand internationally, starting with Mexico and Brazil.
1998
Presence: We supply the main European manufacturers of automotive components.
2007
We move: We move to our current location with a surface area of 1,800 m2.
2017
Acknowledgement: We are considered the best metal stamping company by FICOSA.
2018
We innovate: We design and incorporate tools with built-in self-tapping, thus reducing costs and manufacturing times.
2019
We collaborate: in the manufacture of rear-view mirrors for IVECO lorries, thus expanding our line of tube products.
2020
We improve: the quality of our products, and obtain the IATF certification.
We specialise in the electronics sector, protecting PCBs with shielding type parts.
2021
We continue to grow: we incorporate two more warehouses with a total production area of 3,800 m2.
2022
We increase our technological capacity with the purchase of a new 400Tm press.
2023
We recycle 100% of our waste and from 2023 part of our electricity comes from our solar panels.
